  • When we got help through Edge Life Skills and recovery, it was the first time we could breath in a long time. Tod, Sundee, and their “team” have been the answer we have been looking for. We had no idea how badly we needed help until we got it! We are so thankful to have their help going down this path all of them have been down many times. It is so clear they know what they are doing. Families NEED this if they have a family member in addiction.

As a parent, when your son is going through what our son has gone through with this cannabis induced psychosis, and cannabis use disorder, you go through a huge range of emotions. Mostly it is a nightmare you can’t wake up from. All the regular people in your life don’t understand. They say really? Weed? Are you sure? They don’t know what to say or how to act. We even struggle to understand that cannabis could cause this. It may be the cannabis it may have brought on bipolar, It doesn’t matter at that point. It is pure hell as a parent to go through this. The emotions my husband and I have been feeling are fear, anger. Then shame and guilt set in. Then depression. Unable to eat or sleep. It is so overwhelming. At times all we could to was just sit and stare out into space. We had NO IDEA what to do, or even how to feel about it. We were totally reliant on blindly trusting the professionals.

The fear of Kobe being so vulnerable out there on the street, out of his mind was God awful. All we could do was continue to call the police to get him to the hospital.

Not knowing what to do is also another hell to go through. When we got help through Edge Life Skills and recovery, it was the first time we could breath in a long time. Tod, Sundee, and their “team” have been the answer we have been looking for. We had no idea how badly we needed help until we got it! We are so thankful to have their help going down this path all of them have been down many times. It is so clear they know what they are doing. Families NEED this if they have a family member in addiction. #feelingthankfulfortheedge. Linda and Gary

  • My nephew as been with the ēdge for 1.5 yrs after completing treatment. He has maintained his sobriety and has a career focused job. Nate has been through 4 other residential treatment programs at the cost of more than 70 k. Not until Nate enrolled into the ēdge did he finally move forward with his life post treatment. I feel if Nate would have joined the ēdge program I would have saved a ton money and Nate a lot of pain.

  • I feel excited and very fortunate to be getting this chance to go on this journey fully supported by Tod, Deb and their team. I wasn't able to find the support I needed after leaving rehab and it has been a terribly emotional struggle taking me to a very dark place. The ēdge program is desperately needed for not only those of us who had sought rehab. I am seeing a light on the horizon in the form of invaluable support at last that we all need at various stages in our life. Especially nowadays with the fear and uncertainty the world has been facing with covid. So I am ready to give this life changing program my best shot and feel very blessed indeed to have found Tod and Deb who have excellent people skills and make me feel safe and positive! Thank you guys🙏🏻

  • I just got fired! Due to a miscommunication, I was let go of a meaningful position I’d had for a year. The details are irrelevant, but how I was able to handle the process and outcome in a positive manner were life changing. I have been participating in the ēdge life skills recovery maintenance and personal development programs for only a few weeks. The practices, the peer connectedness, and the staff mentoring helped me accept the outcome of being fired without negative judgement. Seriously, I am able to feel kindness and compassion towards my former boss and myself. And a curious attitude toward my future! Prior to my involvement with the ēdge, I absolutely did not have the tools to navigate my perspective, my thinking, and therefore, my emotions. I’m blown away at my transformation already. Thank you, ēdge team, for showing me a better way to be me.

  • I have been working with Tod as my coach for over a year now. He has become one of my best friends. Even after the program he has been engaged multiple times a week. Since starting the program I have reinvented my life, established my independence from my family, worked my career up 3 times, have control over my recovery, have my own apartment, purchased a new car, have great personal life with a passion for it. I would recommend anyone to allow Tod to help them get ahead in recovery and life.

  • My Treatment Center kicked me out twice and referred me to Tod at the ēdge and my life has totally changed. Tod helped me get a job, my own apartment and I have maintained sobriety for over year now. I have completed the program and if it were not for the ēdge I would be using and homeless.

  • I was incarcerated for 16 yrs for sexual offenses and Tod started working with me the final two years and continued for another 4 yrs. I have overcome my battles with my sexuality, my addictions, and my career path. I now work for a firm Tod helped me train for and secure a position for better than 10 yrs now. I am currently married, living in home I have purchased and have a quality of life I never thought possible.

  • I own a treatment center and have retained the Edge life skills program to work with my clients to help ready them to return home and provide ongoing recovery management and career guidance for one year. Tod started out working with 7 clients that are now home and living a stable and sober life. We have found that our relapse rate with these clients is only 1 out seven and that one is back with 8 months sobriety with a good job and his family is very happy with the program.

  • I would recommend this program to other couples because to put it in my husbands words. "We are going from a one man team, ( sitting with the Psychologist) to a Navy Seal team. Deb and Tod are the A team!"

  • After speaking with Tod and Deb. My life has been infused with hope and inspiration. Todd was able to reach my husband yesterday and put him at ease and raise his hopes and interest in a program that my husband really believes will help us both and that appeals to him at last... thats nothing short of a miracle i must say!

  • I had the opportunity to join the Edge Life Skills Personal Development program not fully comprehending what I was about to embark upon.  Beginning recovering again and facing a new life transition, I knew I needed something to set aside the emotional upheaval I was feeling and tools to move forward.  The compassion, knowledge and insight presented by this exceptional team has been invaluable to changing my perceptions of what a meaningful life looks like and that within my soul, I have the the ability to create it.  The program has empowered me to believe in myself and that anything is possible!

  • I am now only a couple of months into the amazing Edge program. And the changes I've already made in my life, which I have wanted to make for so many years but couldn't because I was afraid and unsupported, are now finally taking place at a surprisingly rapid pace indeed . All it took was the sincerity, integrity and determination of the Edge team to give me the tools that enabled me to discover that it is my birthright to put my mental health and well being above all else as though my livelihood depended upon it. This is no flimsy program, it is the real McCoy, but dedication is required to absorb all the information and then put it into practice. I now feel brave and optimistic, secure in the knowledge that the Edge has my back whilst I am taking these life changing steps for the first time, but never alone!

  • I moved to Montana back on June 24th of 2020 to the new beginnings ranch. Tom Martin was the guy in charge of the rehab I went too in corvallis Mt. While I was in rehab for 90 days I met Tod Cunningham and began working with him on my addiction problems, he helped me threw my time at the ranch. When it was time for me to leave the ranch he then also helped me get a apartment in Lolo Mt. While in Lolo I got a job thanks to Tod working at the Lolo super stop gas station. We continued to go to AA meetings together. If it wasn't for Mr. Cunningham showing careingness and love in helping me threw a hard time. I would be still in active addiction. But I fought threw and prevailed on the other side. I recently just celebrated 3yrs clean and sober from my drug of choice (meth). In the last 3yrs I have used the tools I gained from Mr Cunningham time we shared and can actually say today I am happy with the MAN in the mirror every morning.
