Who looks after your information
Tod Cunningham, through Consumers’ Interest LLC and the ēdge Family Driven Growth & Life Skills service, is responsible for the information collected through this form. Contact edgefamilylifeskills@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, general enquiry details and any optional location, time-zone or referral information you supply. We also record the time of your submission and your newsletter and marketing choices, including a history of changes to those choices. A network identifier hashed using a daily value may be used to limit abusive submissions.
The form is for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not include detailed medical histories, diagnoses, emergency information, or identifying information about another person. An initial enquiry does not create a client agreement.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to understand the broad support you are seeking, assess whether an introductory conversation is appropriate and reply to you. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and administering the service. Optional newsletters and other promotional emails rely on your separate consent. Requesting support does not require consent to marketing.
Your email choices
Newsletter and other marketing choices are separate and are not preselected. You can withdraw either choice using your preference link or by emailing Tod. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent a reply about your enquiry. Marketing lists are prepared from current opt-in records; a mailing service will be selected separately for delivery.
Storage and access
This site uses ChatGPT Sites and its hosted database. Submitted information is stored in that service and is available through a private inbox restricted to Tod’s authorised owner account. Service providers involved in hosting may process information outside your country. If you become a client, we will explain the arrangements for any further assessments and case records separately. We do not publish enquiry details or sell contact lists.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain relevant service records, and review whether it is still needed. Marketing contact details are kept while you remain subscribed. We may retain a minimal record of your choices to honour unsubscribe requests and demonstrate consent.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw marketing consent. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Email Tod at the address above. If you are in the UK and are concerned about how your information is handled, you may also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website usage
The hosting service may collect basic usage and technical information to operate the site. The enquiry form does not use advertising pixels or add third-party tracking scripts. A self-hosted ALTCHA verification check performs a short calculation in your browser to deter automated submissions. We verify the result on the server and retain a temporary record to prevent it being reused. The verification does not send your enquiry to an external CAPTCHA provider.
