Start with the person’s own goals
The Leader helps identify what matters to them: a steadier routine, keeping commitments, making choices or taking a step towards work or education. Goals need to belong to the person taking action. Family members can describe their own hopes without deciding every outcome for them.
Help without taking over
The Angel and Supporting Members reflect on their own expectations, boundaries and responses. We clarify which responsibilities belong to whom and what encouragement is useful. Family members can begin this work even if the Leader is not ready to take part.
Connect learning with daily practice
Role-based learning and personal reflections help participants consider their own behaviour and choices. With Tod’s guidance, the family turns that learning into manageable actions and review points. Progress is discussed through everyday examples rather than a single definition of success.
