Family learning: finding a starting point

Family learning helps each participant understand their part and choose a practical next step.

Learn through your own role

Learning for the Angel explores boundaries and wellbeing. Supporting Members reflect on listening, encouragement and helping without taking over. For the Leader, learning focuses on purpose, motivation, responsibility, confidence and independence. Participation follows the family’s readiness and agreed goals.

Reflect on your own experience

Videos and guided activities prompt participants to consider their own choices and actions. Reflections are personal learning activities, used by ēdge to guide the work. The purpose is to connect an idea to a real situation in your life.

Bring learning into family life

With Tod’s guidance, participants turn reflection into practical commitments and review what happens. Learning sits within the three-month foundation alongside conversations and agreed goals. Use the enquiry form to discuss your family’s starting point and the arrangements before beginning.

Find your starting point.

A brief enquiry helps Tod understand the kind of support you are looking for. There is no enrolment commitment.
